Background
We have operated loyalty programmes for our clients since 1997. All of these programmes have been supported by the internally developed Rewards Management System (RMS) application. These include the regional Magna Rewards® programme and a number of major airline frequent flier miles programmes - in each case the core application has been customised to meet individual client requirements. RMS supports Prism’s position as the regional leader in loyalty management.
Broadening Horizons
Prism Technologies Division was created in 2008 to provide systems and development expertise as a service to companies outside the Prism Group. As a result our software solutions are now supporting a number of Caribbean businesses. Most recently a customised derivative of our RMS system has been purchased by Trinidad and Tobago based First Citizen’s Bank to run their credit card loyalty programme.

Caribbean Limited to provide value-added services for the Hypertech point of sale (POS) terminal. This strategic alliance combines years of experience in loyalty management and software development with leading POS technology to create a number of creative real time business solutions for the Hypertech POS terminal.
