Mike Parris – Managing Director
In addition to being joint Managing Director of Prism Services, Mike is also Managing Director of Magna Rewards (Caribbean) Limited and General Manager for both the Barbados Automated Clearing House and the Barbados National Debit Switch (Carifs).  Amongst his claims to fame is the fact that Mike was the creator of CariCard which, after being sold to Certegy in 2005, became the Caribbean’s largest credit card transaction processor. Mike also spent 15 years with Fujitsu-ICL Caribbean Limited as Regional Sales and Marketing Manager prior to co-founding Prism.  Mike studied at Loughborough University in the UK and obtained a BSc(Hons) degree in Electronic Data Processing.

 Edward Ince – Managing Director
Ed is joint Managing Director of Prism Services and also a Director of the subsidiary companies Trinidad and Tobago Mailing Systems, Streamline Mailing Systems (Barbados and Jamaica), Medicard and Magna Rewards (Trinidad, St Lucia and Jamaica). He also holds board positions with a number of other Barbados based companies and organisations. For the six years before Ed co-founded Prism in 1993, he was General Manager for the Eastern Caribbean for Fujitsu-ICL Caribbean Limited. He has extensive experience in sales, systems development, consultancy and implementation project management.  Edward attended York University in Canada between 1980-1984 where he obtained a BSc(Hons) degree in Computer Science.

 Kevin Gaulteau BSc, FCCA, CA - Corporate Strategy and Finance Manager
Kevin joined Prism in 2003 as the Trinidad accountant. He previously worked at CLICO from 1996 in various capacities in the Internal Audit and Finance Departments.   He has been a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants since 2001. 










 David Robinson - Transaction Processing Manager

The Transaction Processing Portfolio includes shared banking services CarIFS and BACHSI essential to the daily circulation of money in Barbados. David also has responsibility for Direct Payment processing, the preferred paperless payment method. Prior to joining Prism Services, David acquired considerable knowledge in Item Processing and Float Management with ABN-AMRO’s European American Bank in the USA. David did Business and Financial Management studies at Hofstra University and The Barbados Institute of Management and Productivity.

 Neil Fairfield – General Manager, Outsourced Business Services Division
Neil joined Prism in 2003 as Regional Operations Manager and has held several portfolios since then including General Manager, Magna Rewards (Trinidad) Limited. He migrated to Trinidad in 1998 from the UK. Before coming to Prism he held the positions of Logistics Director, Courts (Trinidad) Limited and Logistics Manager at the Carib Brewery.  Neil started his career in the UK with the Ford Motor Company as a graduate trainee.  During the eight years he spent there he held a number of management positions in the company’s Customer Service Division.  Neil graduated in 1988, with a BEng(Hons) degree in Civil and Structural Engineering from the University of Bradford, UK

 Selvon Ramroop - General Manager, Prism Technologies

Selvon joined Prism Services in 2004 as the Chief Information Officer responsible for IT in all of Prism’s offices across the Caribbean - Trinidad, Barbados, Jamaica and St. Lucia. He is currently the General Manager of Prism Technologies - the Software Division of Prism Services. Prior to joining Prism Services, he worked at National Petroleum as their Chief Information Officer preceded by several positions with Telecommunications Services of Trinidad and Tobago which included Telephone Traffic Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, Data Communications Engineer, Systems and Special Services Manager, Central Office Manager, and Corporate Sales Manager.Selvon graduated with Honors from the University of the West Indies with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering, majoring in Electronics and Telecommunications. This was later followed with a Master of Sciences Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications and Software Engineering.

 Trevor Clarke - General Manager, Magna Rewards

Trevor is the General Manager for Magna Rewards across the region, including Barbados, Jamaica, Trinidad & Tobago, and the OECS.  He has previously held the post of Manager – Financial Services, with responsibilities for CarIFS and BACHSI.  He migrated to Barbados from Canada in 2003, after completing his Honors Business Administration degree at the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.

 Brent de Matas – Information and Communication Technology Manager
Brent has complimented the Prism team since joining in mid 2008 and has brought with him over twelve years of experience in Information and Communication Technology. His leadership and technical skills have fostered a productive and proactive and developmental team environment. His commitment to excellence, and understanding of the company vision, has helped prepare Prism’s ICT environment for future growth.  Brent was one of the founding staff members of Bordercom (Trinidad). He worked there for five years and during that time trained all levels of ICT professionals in an expansive variety of systems and disciplines.  Brent has a associate BSc(Hons) degree in Computer Information Systems from Andrews UniversityMichigan. He has comprehensive collection of Microsoft, Cisco and other technical certifications.
